Had an awesome time with friends! The spacious rooms were perfect for our group. We loved the short walks to the lively Nana area and nearby shopping malls. The kitchen made it easy to prepare meals. Definitely recommend this place for a fun stay!
WiFi was frustratingly unreliable. It didn't work in our room, making it tough to stay connected during our trip.

My honest journey to loving (or hating) this
The location is excellent! Easy to access public transport and it's near eateries and coffee shops. Plus, I enjoyed the convenience of storing luggage after check-out.
Staff seemed indifferent and my room was smaller than expected, leading to a slightly disappointing overall experience.

Spacious junior suite with great amenities
I stayed in a Junior Suite that boasts a roomy layout, featuring a comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchenette with a large fridge and microwave, which was super convenient. The soundproofing in the room was impressive, making for a peaceful night's sleep. Breakfast offered a nice variety, including fresh fruit and made-to-order eggs, giving me plenty of options to start my day right. One area for improvement could be the consistency of service, as the staff seemed occasionally overwhelmed during busy times.

Convenient spot in Bangkok!
Great place for my fam! The big space was super comfy, and we had fun at the small pool after long days of exploring. Even tho breakfast was kinda limited, the local street food nearby made up for it. It was odd how the wardrobe had no doors though, kinda weird.

The hotel is excellently located within a short walk from the MTR subway and the canal ferry, making transportation convenient. The gym facilities were impressive, allowing for effective workouts. Despite the room being smaller than anticipated, it was comfortable and well-designed for my business needs.
The pool was very small and not very inviting.

The culinary gems nearby are a must-try! Vanilla Snow is a sweet place for dessert lovers, while Above Eleven serves up stunning views with delicious Japanese bites. the Two-Bedroom Family Suite was spacious, perfect for our crew, and the pool was a refreshing treat after a day of exploring.
The cleaning standards were questionable. Old towels, insufficient pillows, and slow responses from reception made for a frustrating stay. Breakfast? Cold boiled eggs and no live stations—definitely not Bangkok's best.

The hotel's location is amazing! We were just a 10-minute walk to the Nana area, bustling with nightlife and street food. The coffee shop's breakfast was superb, with everything cooked perfectly, making our mornings delightful, especially for our child.
For dads, it would be great if the pool area was a bit warmer.

The stay was comfortable, with the spacious two-bedroom layout accommodating my family perfectly. The large living room and fully-equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and the location near metro stations and convenience stores was a significant plus. I did notice the kitchen utensils were a bit lacking for larger groups, which could be improved. it was a suitable choice for our family trip, especially with access to the pool for some relaxation after our days out.
